OmniGuest

Changelog

What we shipped — month by month.

OmniGuest grows in small, tested steps. Every change here is in production; what is not built yet stays on the roadmap. Founding partners decide what comes next.

In production
  • Lost & Found

Found items with photos from the phone, loss reports from the guest chat, automatic matching, and the way home by post — with retention per category.

    Lost & Found
  • The staff app on the phone

Each department opens on its own requests and tasks, with push notifications, lock-screen privacy and a plus button for new requests, found items, logbook entries and team messages.

  • Service requests in each colleague's language

A request written in one language reaches housekeeping in the language each colleague chose for the app.

    Service Requests
  • Several items in one request

Two towels and a bathrobe are one request with a list, not three tickets.

    Service Requests
  • Reopen, defer and pick the guest on site

Closed requests can be reopened, requests can wait until a set time, and the guest picker suggests who is in house right now.

    Service Requests
  • Separate switches for PMS sync and writeback

Each OPERA Cloud connection can sync without writing back, so a hotel starts read-only and switches writeback on when it is ready.

  • House rules for every AI in the hotel

Management writes its own rules once — for the guest chat, e-mail drafts, triage, CompanyGPT and the newsletter AI — with a test panel before switching them on.

    AI Assistant
  • Eight app languages

English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Thai, Japanese and Simplified Chinese — each colleague picks their own.
