09CompanyGPT

The assistant your front desk actually wanted.

CompanyGPT answers like a colleague who has read every policy, every brand guideline and every menu. Staff ask in plain language, mention a reservation with @, upload a PDF or a photo, and get grounded answers with sources — in the guest's language if needed.

Knows the hotel, not the internet

Policies, SOPs, rate descriptions, restaurant menus and brand guidelines are indexed into a private knowledge base. Answers cite the document they came from.

@mention a reservation or a guest

Type @ to pull a reservation or profile synced from your PMS into the conversation: dates, room, rate code, notes. No tab switching.

House rules for every AI in the hotel

Hotel management writes its own rules and SOPs as short entries — for the guest chat, e-mail drafts, e-mail categorisation, service-request triage, CompanyGPT and the newsletter AI. One rule can serve several modules at once, so "parking in the east garage costs €37 a night" is written once and kept in one place for the chat, the e-mail drafts and CompanyGPT alike. Every entry has an author, a version and an on/off switch, and a test panel shows an answer with and without the rules before you switch them on. No IT ticket needed, and OmniGuest's own safety rules always come first.

Vision, documents and web search

Upload a supplier invoice, a photo of a handwritten note or a competitor's brochure as PDF, Word or Excel. Ask for a summary, a translation or a comparison. Web search is available when you need current information.

Private by design

Models run on OmniGuest infrastructure in Europe and are never trained on your data. By default no prompts, documents or guest data go to a public AI provider; only web-search queries reach public search engines.

The same tools in ChatGPT and Claude

Prefer the AI app your team already uses? Through the OmniGuest MCP server, staff connect ChatGPT or Claude and ask about arrivals, reservations, guests, service requests and guest chats — read-only, with the same permissions, approved by the hotel admin and with pseudonymised guest data.
