03AI concierge, human hand-off
Answer guests at 2 a.m. without waking anyone up.
Every reservation gets a secure chat link — no app download, no login. The concierge answers questions about check-in, parking, breakfast and the spa from your knowledge base, and when a guest asks for a second duvet it creates the service request itself — nobody on the team types anything in. When a question needs a person, it hands over to staff with the full context.

Your brand on the guest's phone
Colours, logo, layout and tone come from your hotel design, inherited from brand to hotel in a group. The guest sees a calm, branded chat — not a third-party widget.

Confidence-based escalation
The concierge names hotel facts — times, prices, policies — only from your knowledge base and your house rules, never from guesswork: one entry like "parking in the east garage costs €37 a night" is enough. Each answer carries an intent and a confidence score. Below the confidence threshold, on anything sensitive or on a fact it doesn't have, the conversation is escalated to staff and shows up in the unified conversations inbox.

Wishes become service requests — automatically
When a guest asks for towels, a second duvet or a taxi, the concierge opens a service request for the right department with category and priority, and posts the updates back into the chat when someone takes it on or finishes. If the guest changes their mind, they withdraw it in the same chat.
One inbox for web chat and messengers
Web chat and Telegram share one conversation inbox, so staff answer everything from one place; the AI concierge works in the web chat. WhatsApp and LINE follow on the roadmap.
Their language, your language
The concierge answers in the language the guest writes in, not the one on file. A guest writes in a language nobody on shift speaks? One click shows the message translated into the reader's language, right under the original.
Tied to the reservation
Because the link belongs to a reservation, the concierge knows arrival dates, room category and guest name — and can address the guest properly.
