2. Data we process when you visit

Server logs

Our hosting infrastructure records technical access data (IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system) to deliver the site securely and to detect abuse. Logs are kept for a maximum of 14 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR).

Cloudflare

This website is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as a reverse proxy and protects the site against attacks. Cloudflare processes connection data for this purpose. Where the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile as a spam check, Turnstile evaluates browser signals without tracking you across sites. Data may be processed outside the EU under Cloudflare’s standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR.

Web analytics (Matomo)

We measure how this website is used with Matomo, an open-source analytics tool that runs on servers operated by us — no data is passed to an analytics provider. Tracking is cookieless: nothing is stored on or read from your device. Your IP address is shortened before it is stored, the “Do Not Track” signal of your browser is honoured, and we record only page views, referrers, device and browser class, approximate location (country/region) and whether a form was submitted. The data is used to understand which pages and channels bring hotels to us. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR). Cookies and local storage

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The only value it may keep in your browser’s local storage is your analytics opt-out from the switch above; it never leaves your device.

Fonts

Web fonts are served from our own domain. No request is made to Google or any other font provider when you load the page.

3. Demo requests and contact form

When you request a demo or send a message we process the data you enter (name, e-mail address, hotel or company, role, property size, PMS, plan interest, your message) plus a hashed IP address and browser identifier for spam prevention. We use the data to answer your request, prepare the demo and, if you become a customer, for contract purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (spam prevention).

Requests are stored on our servers in the European Union and forwarded to our team by e-mail. You receive an automatic confirmation. We keep requests for 24 months after our last contact unless a contract follows, and delete them earlier on request.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

5. Your rights
